My name is Bing Pierce, migrated to USA in 1979. Was working as
industrial Nurse with Ajinomoto for almost 10 years, while managing our small
business of Gravel & Sands & Holiow Blocks in the Philippines.

I worked 3 part time jobs in SFO as nursing assistant, filing clerk and
private home caregiver. Then became an RN and worked in Med Surg. and
Psychiatry. Then I decided to help my late husband run the
car dealership that I did the selling and renting out cars. When my husband
retires, he told me if I like ” to become rich” " Be a Realtor”

In 1999 , I started selling houses and became the” Rookie of the Year “ on
my first year in Real Estate. I lay off myself from real estate due to pandemic. I
thought I am going to retire, but because of my former clients calling me that they
need help, I decided to do real estate again. Now I am back, am happy to
continue helping my clients, friends and people that I still have to meet. In finding
their dream homes make them happy. I am happier being a part of their
lives, continue to serve them in ail their Real Estate Needs.
